APCAL insurance training calendar

APCAL undertakes to offer training courses and to invite its members and future members to conferences and specific training cycles in order to prepare them as well as possible for the challenges of the profession, to facilitate access to the profession and to enable them to comply with the obligations.

APCAL is recognised by the Ministry of Education as an organiser of continuing professional development courses.

We remind you that all cancellations must be made via your registration confirmation ticket at least 48 hours before each course. After this notice period, all last-minute cancellations and no-shows on the day of the session will be charged.

Please note that a new feature has been added to the course: a 10-question knowledge test (QCM) will be introduced at the end of the session, with a pass rate of 70% required for the certificate to be issued.

Each certificate is sent to the learner at the end of the session and quiz. A fee of €5 will be charged for any duplicates requested. Please contact our administrative department at formation@apcal.lu to request a duplicate.

Attention: As of October 23, 2023, the transaction fees you originally paid to Eventbrite via Paypal will not be refunded if you cancel your order. This change is in line with industry practice and Paypal’s refund policy as reflected in their updated Terms of Use.
