In addition to the regular organisation of AML/CTF training sessions, APCAL, through its “Legal, Compliance, AML” unit, composed of Lorenzo Stipulante, Bert Bouton and Edouard Georges, has written reference guides for insurance brokers, and are reserved for APCAL members.

These documents are practical guides and can in no way replace the personalised and objective documentation of each broker’s controls and procedures.

They are non-updated guidance documents, unlike the AML procedures developed by external advisers, which are subject to a charge.
