Le 26 janvier dernier, les col\u00e9gislateurs europ\u00e9ens sont parvenus \u00e0 un accord provisoire sur le R\u00e8glement \u00e9tablissant des r\u00e8gles harmonis\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re d’intelligence artificielle<\/strong> (l\u00e9gislation sur l\u2019IA)<\/strong>. L’accord provisoire doit \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent \u00eatre formellement adopt\u00e9 par le Parlement europ\u00e9en et le Conseil avant d’\u00eatre publi\u00e9 au Journal officiel de l’UE.<\/p>\n

Lorsqu’elle entrera en vigueur, la l\u00e9gislation sur l’IA imposera des exigences aux fournisseurs et aux utilisateurs de syst\u00e8mes d’IA. Elle adopte une approche bas\u00e9e sur le risque et impose des exigences en fonction du niveau de risque d’un syst\u00e8me d’IA ou de son utilisation. Nous pensons que les interm\u00e9diaires d’assurance qui utilisent l’IA dans le cadre de leurs activit\u00e9s professionnelles pourraient \u00eatre concern\u00e9s par cette l\u00e9gislation en tant que \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9ployeurs\u00a0\u00bb de syst\u00e8mes d’IA et devraient se conformer aux exigences correspondantes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
